  1. 480 is spacewar, and so screenshots are put into spacewar (which has no page or hub) steam is always running on my computer steamworks::Initialize() is true and as I stated above AppId: 251810(which is leadwerks) --steam overlay doesn't even work and yes I run it by the .exe in the folder not through the editor. Edit: I just tested it with out leadwerks open and instead opened my game with leadwerks APPID, it does indeed tell steam that I am in Leadwerks when in my game, how ever no steam overlay.
  2. using the AppId: 251810 --steam overlay doesn't even work using the Demo AppId: 301170 -- Steam overlay does work, but it does not use the leadwerks screenshots(I dunno why I even tried it)
  3. I have this problem as well as there seems to be a bug where (even in the normal Mygame not edited project) when you launch the game through the .exe folder and not through the editor and then when you close the game it some times crashes the leadwerks editor with a Error: exception_access_violation, I have had it happen to me 5+ times but I now can't seem to replicate it. as I have no idea why this would happen. as of right now it is working fine.
  4. looks good, the problem with steam overlay is because it is using the spacewar appid, I tried changing it to the leadwerks software appid but then the steam overlay wouldn't start up, would be nice to allow the ability to upload a screen shot else where through the editor with out a render in the editor. like how SFM allows this.
  5. yep I had this problem till I looked it up on google and found out to use the random seed, and I also use math.random about 3-4 times to try and make it as random as possible.
  6. same here, I can fix and use say already existing animation, of course for my player stiff/robotic animation's is what I do need, I'll probably at least give a shot at it.
  7. would be nice at some point for the Leadwerks engine to handle trigger's for ladder's as like the source does as well(aggror's video on ladder's does good though for the mean time) built in crouching would be nice to.
  8. ok here is a water shot from Leadwerks 3.4 beta, as you have said in your status josh: I have my setting's the highest my computer could handle with out the program crashing
  9. seems to work fine, I had 48 item's then subbed to more 4-6 items then tested it, it works fine and dandy here.

  11. Just the workshop game player, the debug and normal testing can still be done don't worry about it
  12. this is telling the player script if the mass is 0.1-5.0 (default weight settings) then it should pick it up, set it as 6 or higher and it should not be able to pick up.
  13. work-around's like have a default setting, etc.
  14. or telling a monster that if it walks on a texture of hot coal's then set it on fire and burn to death as well or lava or what ever you prefer
  15. +1 this would make this stuff to deal with much easier valve's source engine's period has had this and would be awesome to have
  16. Plus on a Side Note: this can determine if it is choppy/laggy while it is loading everything.
