Oh I was just thinking to myself "I played Justine months ago!" But I see that the article is old!
I didn't do anything for halloween, it's not very big in the UK, we only got 3 sets of young kids come to the house.

That's why you use components! It stops the welding As soon as you "explode" two components next to each other, they will weld together.

I have played with Sketchup, its a real pleasure to use.But it generates too much unecessary vertex if you more complicated things , it's a real mess if you look carefully. This tool i think can be great to prototype , fast draw your ideas, but when you'll go for a mesh for gaming , without unecessary vertex and faces, you'll have to use a real 3D modeling program instead. For people wanting to use Sketchup for finnal meshes for a game , my advice would be to check the polygons and vertex by importing Sketchup models under a modeling programt o clean them up if necessary.
Me and a friend are using Sketchup for our game and we haven't had any issues with the meshes in the past 3 years or so. Also Sketchup is still a real 3d modelling app . I believe you mean more advanced?

I just use the SKP importer off the UU3D site, then export to GMF. I also have no problems with meshes in Leadwerks. I've used Sketchup with leadwerks for about 3 years now.

Ah cool!
@Rick, Josh mentions why in the latest blog video.

Nice video.. I remember you mentioning in another blog post that you will be changing the flowgraph editor graphics to something better? I think you should keep it how it is! I prefer the simple look, instead of having fancy looking panels.

This is looking good! I like the ability to change the menu/toolbar order. When you mention about the "lightmap plugin", Does this mean we can add a button to the toolbar or menu for "photoshop" for example, and launch the program from in the editor?

Nice work!

I'm looking forward to the flowgraph editor.

Cool post. When I read Notch's blog I believed it.... But you cleared it up! Thanks.

Cool. I'm more interested in android because of the low developer fees!

Nice!

I can't wait for the colour grading feature!

This is all sounding great! I like the video page but have one suggestion for it. I think the vertical spacing should be increased to the same as the horizontal spacing.

Sweet!
So very excited about this, even though my actual game-making skills are very very minimal. I like even just to have such a powerful tool at my fingertips and to explore and play with everything it can do.
I can't wait to use the new water & the pathfinding and having my friends join in some silly networked game I make.
I'm also excited about this! No more closing the editor to update the files!

Sounds great!

Congrats

Excellent video! I loved the creepiness towards the end! Nice models and textures.

Anything above a GEForce 7 series supports OpenGL 3.3, including your card.
Ah great
-
Ah okay, seems my 9600GT only supports upto openGL 2.1 I need to upgrade XD
-
Ah cool! I want an iMac but cant afford it >.< So will leadwerks 3 only run on Shader Model 4+ cards?
-
Congratulations!
I'm looking forward to seeing your 3d models, too!

Will every license holder have access to the beta?

I like the new assets panel and the ability to search for files

I love how clean the root directory is compared to the current engines root directory.
