thehankinator Posted February 14, 2016 Share Posted February 14, 2016 If you open two(or more) scripts from within the Script Editor the script currently being displayed by the editor gets marked as changed even though no changes have been made. This is displayed with a star (*) in the name and if you try to close the script editor you get a dialog box stating the script was changed. To reproduce: 1) Open a project (script editor closed) 2) From Tools menu select Script Editor 3) From Project pane on left open an existing script 4) From Project pane on left open another existing script 5) First script opened is now erroneously marked as changed Continuing opening additional scripts will continue to mark the current script as changed NOTE: This bug does not occur if you exclusively use the Asset tab to open scripts.
