I haven't logged in for quite a while now, and only happen to do so now to check on something, but when i go into my account I can't fins anything to do with my purchase of LE2 from a while ago now - no downloads, no invoices, etc., nothing...can this information please be restored? cheers, Dennis. gamecreator Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 There was a time a year or two back when the site was lost and the backup failed. It may have something to do with that. Josh Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 It is likely your purchase came at a time before the modern purchasing system was implemented. We also did suffer a data loss due to the server not saving backups correctly. The site has since been moved to a dedicated server with WiredTree hosting and they've done a fantastic job keeping things running right. This is only solves half the issue though; can my account info be recovered or regenerated so that you (and I) have an offical record of my purchase? cheers, Dennis.
