Does purchasing this include V5?
-
I only use craft cms. I highly recommend it for everything but forums.

If you use a virtual audio cable like a free one from VB-Audio you can process your mic through the daw before it hits your application. Reaper has a very generous unlimited trial as well.

A DAW such as Reaper and its standard vst's can also help with quality. ReaFir is great for removing background noise, and a limiter will help with pops

I have always viewed the workshop as a place for community's to collaborate and share. I'm guessing it will take a good amount of time people to view it as a marketplace.
-
Will the 48 hour refund apply to purchases?
-
It amazes me what people will do for peanuts.

I mostly work by contract but I do agree the split here is unfair. It’s the artists at fault for selling themselves short and accepting such a woeful revenue split.
Once a precedence is set it’s very unlikely to be reversed only abused.

So would this system enable the use of mechanics on objects, for example “chopping down trees / regrowth after chopped down” or would behavior like that need to be manually placed.
-
You don't need to provide support for TF2 items. I believe Valve's cut is always 30%

Looks great!
Less is more , subtle use of normal/spec levels can really enhance scenes appearance more than the heaver settings.
Keeping a good balance of levels helps when you need to direct attention to something/object such as a hepatitis ridden scalpel as you can bump it's level above the scenes average.
Approach it like a photography step wedge, try to create a good balance across the mid spectrum with out blowing out the highs and lows.

Congratulations, you will learn a lot working for them. Only company to make me an emotional wreck on a playthrough.

I would have thought with automatic reloading of assets most would not bother with bsp editing? This feature is basically plugging your 3d editor of choice directly into le, unless of course this feature doesn’t work in the manner I’m familiar with? I have not used le 3.

use of the mobile skin would be 2013ish
-
Native code might sway me to think otherwise if developing for 486's

oh its bamboo...

Can we just dump files in folders or is it still dependent on name?
-
Thanks for this great set of tutorials I am finding them very enjoyable. I recently did a series of game assets for a project using only procedural textures it’s a really exciting way to work.
-
Not supporting vs2010 would be just silly.
-
I'm excited!
On a side note as le3 will include the ability to create csg models, will we have the ability to export them?
-
Will this be supported with the proposed streaming terrain as well?
-
Would be cool when importing assets, if we could set its scale to a fixed size say 1m high, then scale to our desired size before converting to gmf, like a character we just can scale it to 1.8 etc.

Data Loss Announcement

It’s odd I use the fullbackup option when transferring new clients sites to my server’s, and restore them through my WHM panel, you can’t do it through cpanel, but never a file as large as yours. I have seen cpanel backup dump database tables into individual binary files but has always restored correctly through phpMyAdmin, I have my fingers crossed for you.

You should be able to restore the sql databases through phpMyAdmin with your full backup.
Create blank database the same name and import the .sql file for the database from the mysql folder in your full backup, also import the mysql.sql from the root of the backup this adds the user privileges.
You may be able to import into the the current databases your using now but I have always started from and empty one.
Three improvements I made to Leadwerks Game Engine 5 today

For me PBR provides a standardised consistency regardless of lightning environment. I know my assets will look similar regardless of the 3d application/engine they are being rendered in.
