its also in non beta.
as experiment, i try fold a already folded mesh.
the phy shape is then saved and appear after open in the modell view editor but then the object get invisible in 3d scene^^

yes, there is a workaround for everything but me are more happy if me just can use things.
developing tools in general, the ratio between "work" and "waste time because it not work as expected" is not acceptable.

i used a project as template for next similar project.

today i had problems with wrong references from prefab to the model file (wrong path) from a workshop content.
the model was visible at design time and invisible at runtime!?
after start there was some error messages because file not found.
means this workshop contents need some verify and/or reject install.

would be fine if there is a multi select list for install. means batch install.
each entry in list must select as single and then install, wait download,next...

my suggestion,
make a script and write plain text your mind as remark, your conditions, the needings, the actions.
which values you must store, if u need input from mouse or gamepad or keyboard.
what actions you want call from extern. ...
after all you add the language itself, often you can copy it from a exists script.
about lua itself you can find here some examples. http://www.lua.org/docs.html
a tutorial is fine but often it does not belong what you want to do.

hmm, creating a own gui need more than a month work and much fine tuning after that.
using a opensource gui often do not do what u need or is buggy or u not understand, too complicated etc.
replacing a gui i the current state of editor waste much time.

on topic,
my suggestion
a runtime requirements version test and the app/editor start or not.
for the steam store entry more details on what linux it was tested and should work and which not.
emergency solution, boot from usb stick with a working linux version for leadwerks editor.

hmm, much of the issues seems that the problem is the used gui system or version conflict.
think it is easy to solved with a update at user or josh side.

better as beta tag is "Perpetual Beta". for me its normal that software is still in developing.
i missed what the main problem is at linux.

a simple file list between with a checkbox and the possibility of rename before start update would help.

i happens if u use pos1 & shift end at this folded row, then ctrl+x and ctrl+v anywhere.

in theory good but in practice the engine make a short circuit. <- my synonym for loops
there is a optimize.map
if u hit the key 1,2,3,4,5 it start the zomie with one follow call and the frame rate drop very much.
the framerate without zombies seems also abnormal low.
with sync false is it ~70 frames.

or maybe it is possible to start a drag twice at the same time by mouse events?

arrgg,
after i open the flow graph and want drag a struct to the middle i got exeption once and the editor closed.
maybe my mouse raise some unwanted events in a row.

app game kit switched from CodeBlocks to Geany editor as ide.
