Josh Posted June 7, 2022 Share Posted June 7, 2022 No. Although I use it for some personal use, Discord is another Silicon Valley Ponzi scheme that operates at a loss in order to make legitimate businesses unprofitable. If we started relying on Discord for community activity I would lose the ability to keep in touch with my own users via email. What has DIscord ever done for me? Are they paying me millions of dollars? If not, then why should I hand my hard-earned community over to them? I used to think Notch was being stubborn for not releasing Minecraft on Steam, but he was 100% right to keep control over his own destiny. The forum here is the place to go for discussion. When you are signed in, a chat box appears on the main page. Chat messages are automatically deleted after a week.
