Well a .gmf is a model a .sbx is a scene so you'd have to load the .gmf into the editor and then save the resulting scene. Then use LoadScene() to load that into the app.

 

A simple scene loadng example can be found HERE

What do you mean by you have changed your map? do you mean you have loaded the .gmf as part of a scene (.sbx) ?

Well ok, but thats not enough information to work with. whats in the scene? by falling do you mean through the scene ?

Well that would help as there is not enough information to speculate on what your problem maybe.

ok... there's only a sbx file in that... the test2_estafet.gmf isn't available. Also there is not a terrain in the sbx file, so that means unless the test2_estafet.gmf is large enough for a controller to stand on top of it (and you are creating the controller ontop of it), the controller will continue to fall.

A controller has to have something to stand on or it will fall. And even if you are creating the controller ontop of the test2_estafet.gmf, you need to make sure the collision relationship is set between the two. You have not set the collisiontype/entitytype of the test2_estafet.gmf.

But in the above code i have done it without any terrain...

 

 

Thats the point, if your .gmf is not at the controllers position, (or of course the controller is not at the "models" postion) and large enough for the controller to "land" on and set to "scene" in its properties then you will have problems.

Make sure you have a lua scriptfor the model to set its collisions, right click the models icon in the right hand window of the editor, select view script. if its blank add:

 

require("scripts/class")

local class=CreateClass(...)

 

and save, then double click the model and set the collision under the Physics tab.

i didn't understand black part. Can you explain excatly?

When you have the script for the object set, double clicking the object in the scene will bring up its propeties box.
