paypal is ok but for seller they take all lot of money
so i can see why a lot of people do not use paypal, plus you the buyer has more protection then the seller
you can just ask for you money back and they give and the seller does not know and has lost money and product

i have to say the latest driver are bluescreen a lot of people cards
even my 5850 was not happy
so i would say becarefully with the upgrade if you do do

if you wait a month or two you will see another price drop
as ati release the 6xxx the replace the whole range so the older card will drop in price
nvidia have another price drop about to happen so you may get better there as well
anyway ati or nvidia latest you going to do well

but can you please say what card you got as it may just be one card broken and not all
opps i see in the pic you have a 4870x2 but still put you spec in your profile
it a lot easy to see then looking at screen shoots

just remember that 350 watts is been used by the motherboard, harddisk and cdrom
so if the graphic card say need 350 watts and you will need the other watts for the rest of the machine.
so you will need 450 or 500 watts psu at least
the hipper psu you have is a 350 watts model.
