CSG Brush Difference and Intersection

It's really quite difficult to make complex level structures without being able to "carve" holes into brushes with other brushes. A common use would be to carve a cylinder shape out of a cube in order to create a sewer tunnel, or carve a half cylinder out of a cube in order to create an arch.

 

I would hope to see some way of doing this in the near future. It also makes creating rooms quite easy.
