How can you put start-menu in the game?

I was wondering if you can put letters in leadwerks game engine, if yes where it is and also can you do multiplayer? or play game at local so someone can play.

Can you publish on steam after you finish making your game? if yes then how do you correct the files ready to publish? Thanks Alexander
