[Vehicles in Leadwerks 3?]

It strikes me as a bit odd that this feature is in such a basic stage, mainly due to me stumbling on this video:

 

Alas I will view this as a challenge to implement my own system .

I was also wondering what functionality leadwerks 3.2 provide regarding vehicle creation ( I mean surely there must be something as I do see some forums talking about it in older versions?)
