One of them turned out to be a half functional mp3 player This application uses libZPlay for media decoding. Canardia Posted September 22, 2011 Share Posted September 22, 2011 But isn't mp3 much worse quality than ogg, at least I can hear a clear difference with high quality songs which has high pitched percussion and other instruments. It's impossible to encode them with mp3, but no problem with ogg. Richard Simpson Posted November 1, 2011 Share Posted November 1, 2011 When I can't be bothered to sort out music files for GTA, I set up a playlist in windows media player, then open up GTA IV, turn off the radio and listen to my own songs that way!
