  2. This is true but this was cater towards windows because we only have a windows LW 3.1 (yes yes you can use wine but that don't count.) (Waiting for linux version of LW 3.1 myself)
  3. SmartSVN's Gui looks nice TortoiseSVN is covered under GPL and can be used freely for commercial / non – commercial purpose. Screenshots: http://tortoisesvn.net/screenshots.html Open source FTW! http://tortoisesvn.net/

  12. $100 is nothing for a game engine. Have you looked in how much UDK and Unity Pro costs? Even if you got the c++ version (which I plan on buying if steam has an upgrade) it's well worth it.
  13. Anyone can learn anything if they put there mind to it. Computers have gotten way easier than it used it be. People don't want to take the time and effort to read the manual or call the computer/parts technical support. I helped my little sister at the age of 12 build her own computer because I helped her with understanding the manual. I wasn't saying older games were bad or there aren't many newer games that won't run on older computer so I don't know how your took that from what I said. I'm saying expect that you might not be able to run it because the advancements of software and hardware that is not compatible with older equipment. OpenGL 4 is newer so expect only newer technically being able to use it.
  14. OpenGL Extensions Viewer is a reliable software which displays useful information about the current OpenGL 3D accelerator. OpenGL Extensions Viewer is available for Windows 32bit and 64bit and MacOS X, iOS, and Android. Download: http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/download.php Find this on the page and click download Once you install OpenGL Extensions Viewer it will display the current supported version of OpenGL.
  15. Yes a demo would be nice but as a current user, I'd like some of the major features first because this is why I bought leadwerks. People that don't read requirements or don't research to see if they are able to run stuff will come across this issue. It happens with every game on the market that can't run on a calculator. If you have a computer older than a few years then you might have to upgrade or if you don't have a newer laptop than expect issues. Most people don't buy the latest and faster laptop on the market so they are using older graphic cards. This is becoming better all the time as the latest technology is old news by 6 months but if you're using a laptop from 4 years ago because it still works then expect to not be able to do what a desktop can do today. I know lots of people complain about not being able to run a new game that came out but they are using a computer or laptop that should have been melted long ago. All I can say to those that have older laptop/computers Save about $400 and buy parts off newegg and tigerdirect. Building a desktop is soooo easy. Everything has it's own spot.

  18. Before you post anything about having issues with launching or starting leadwerks please install speccy so you can provide us with information so we don't have to ask it and are able to resolve your issues faster. It's just one small program to give us the information about the computer you're are trying to run leadwerks on. Download: http://www.filehippo.com/download_speccy 1. Click on the url and find the green download button in the top right 2. Download and install speccy 3. Once it loads let it finish analyzing your computer. 4. Go to File > Publish Snapshot 5. Copy the URL and post it in your thread http://speccy.piriform.com/results/GlnTHX5MkXGyNlZCiRDp6RM
  19. Yep you are using an integrated card which barely support OpenGL 2.0 I would suggest a desktop with discrete graphic card.
  20. Yes, post that whole file For future usage you can go the the search bar under start and type shell:Local AppData and then just click on the leadwerks folder.
