  1. i model in max at 1 unit = 0.01metre then i scale down the finished model to 1 unit = 1 metre. i find it better for me anyway.
  2. i made this an age ago in doom3. using two particle systems. i do wish games did better rain. rain is so atmospheric. i love rain. good job i live in ireland, where it never stops. i look forward to seeing what conclusions are found by you guys trying to develop rain.
  3. the biggest problem i can see here is the players perspective on self. the fov of the world is fine, but the players hands and gun are stretched horribly. would it be feasable to either squish the player models in depth, or render them seperately and overlay them to get a nicer balance of fov for the game, and view of player?
